  •  Vacancies for Trustees

We are currently looking to appoint new trustees to assume responsibility for ensuring the legal and statutory requirements of our organisation in light of the guidelines stipulated by the Charity Commission. As a new trustee, you would be joining a team of five existing Trustees to support our work in improving family services throughout our network in Warwickshire.

Providing input into our strategic direction, including our vision, aims and overarching strategy, you will help guarantee that the organisation functions within the legal and financial requirements of a registered charity. This will involve assuming responsibility for shaping and updating policy in areas such as finance, charity, health and safety, and data protection. Moreover, as a Trustee you will also take responsibility for overseeing the management and administration of the charity while concurrently delegating management to the Chief Officer.

In order to be considered, you will need to be a creative individual with demonstrable leadership skills. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have experience of their local community – particularly children and families with expertise in Corporate Fundraising.

To apply, please email/send a completed Application Form to hr@parentingproject.org.uk
