About The Parenting Project
  • What is The Parenting Project?

The Parenting Project is a voluntary organisation, which works across the Stratford District for families with children from 0-19 years.

It offers a wide range of services to help make parenting that little bit easier, from information and signposting to home visiting and courses. It began in 2003 to improve the quality and range of services on offer for families in the area.

The Community Midwife is available at each Centre to help and advise you with issues such as labour and delivery or breast-feeding.

    • Health Visitors

We couldn’t offer all our services without working closely with your Health Visiting Team. You can use them to receive lots of information about the health and welfare of your baby or child. Health Visitors base most of their group work at our Centres.
